Position Summary:
We are seeking an experiencedΒ Acquisition & Asset Management Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the acquisition, repositioning, and management of Multi-Tenant Small Bay Industrial, Retail, and/or Multifamily across the United States. This role is instrumental in managing the Multi-Tenant Small Bay Industrial, Retail, and/or Multifamily portfolio on behalf of Cove Capital's investor base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition:
  • Identify and evaluate multi-tenant industrial small bay and distribution, retail and/or multifamily acquisition opportunities nationwide.
  • Conduct due diligence, including market analysis, property inspections, and financial modeling.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to close transactions efficiently.
  • Repositioning:
  • Develop and execute value-add strategies to enhance property performance, including renovations, operational improvements, and market repositioning.
  • Partner with third-party vendors and contractors to oversee property upgrades and maintenance.
  • Asset Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the multi-tenant industrial small bay and distribution, retail and/or multifamily portfolio, ensuring optimal occupancy, revenue, and NOI performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property management teams, tenants, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful multi-tenant small bay and distribution industrial acquisitions, repositioning, and asset management.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the industrial asset class.
  • Strong knowledge of the industrial market, trends, and operational best practices.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and real estate underwriting.
  • Excellent negotiation, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the United States.
